LAS (Living and Studying) is a modern dormitory with micro-apartments. The building has 6 floors and 97 units ranging in size from 20m2 to 40m2.The project involved the reconstruction of the building located at 9 Prusa St. The scope of the work had to be consulted with the conservation officer, as the building is located in a protected area. Its form was adapted to the tenement character of the southern frontage of Prusa Street. The facade was insulated, but preserving the architectural elements from before the renovation. Historic details such as cornices, bands and rustication were restored. The project also included the superstructure of the existing building by two stories in its lower part and one story in the higher part.
