WE PARTICIPATED IN A COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY WKS ŚLĄSK – WE TOOK 1ST PLACE
The subject of the competition was the design of the sports complex of the WKS Śląsk Wrocław Football Academy in terms of training pitches for soccer, sports fields, buildings providing training, organizational, administrative, accommodation and technical facilities, along with the required accompanying infrastructure. The goal was to create a space to organize competitions and tournaments played at every level and for all age groups.
The investment is to be divided into:
- sports and recreation area (football academy),
- educational area – in this area the scope of the study includes the school dormitory,
- commercial area, currently excluded from the proceedings.
The entire complex of the planned Śląsk Wrocław Football Academy is to occupy about 24 hectares. Among other things, this area is planned to include: 11 playing fields, including four with artificial surfaces. As back-up facilities for the pitches, social and administrative buildings are designed for all teams training on the premises of the Śląsk Wrocław Football Academy in order to create a comprehensive sports establishment. The sports and recreation part is also to include areas that will serve the citizens of Wroclaw and all athletes using the sports infrastructure.
