The building is the first development forming a new district of Wroclaw – Promenady Wrocławskie. Along the Oder River there will be developments with retail, service, hotel, cultural and educational functions.

WE PARTICIPATED IN A COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY WKS ŚLĄSK – WE TOOK 1ST PLACE The subject of the competition was the design of the sports complex of the WKS Śląsk Wrocław

The hotel’s location near recreational areas, the marina and the zoo, in the vicinity of interwar modernist architecture with a sports function, generated its form. The development is part of the
