A modern office complex, located close to the center of Wroclaw, situated on the downtown ring road. The office buildings, surrounded by greenery, sited on a carefully landscaped plot, have a modular, repetitive layout with a deep walkway, illuminated by a glazed facade, and face a common street, a walkway connecting the entire complex. The individual floors have an open plan that allows free arrangement of rooms and adaptation to the requirements of tenants. Associated services, such as small retail outlets, a café, a bar, an underground garage and parking spaces in the area greatly facilitate the working environment. Due to its architectural and utilitarian qualities, the complex is currently used entirely by IBM Poland.
The project was awarded a prize in the 21st edition of the Beautiful Wroclaw competition in 2010.
