B_URBAN nomination
Our project B_URBAN, a building with a hotel function with micro-apartments, located in Wroclaw on Jaworska Street, has been nominated in the PUBLIC OBJECTS category in the Poll POLSKA ARCHITECTURE XXL 2023 and takes part in the voting of the public and professional jury !!!
LEGNICKA 60E WITH USE PERMIT
On 17.02.2023, the notice of completion of construction and acceptance of a hotel building with an internal road and parking lot at 60E Legnicka Street in Wroclaw was accepted without objection.
ATAL WARTA TOWERS WITH OCCUPANCY PERMIT
Atal Warta Towers, a modern building under construction on Rataje Street in Poznań, has received an occupancy permit. The project has 18 floors above ground, including 17 residential floors and one commercial floor. A total of 352 apartments, 15 commercial units and 306 parking spaces in a two-story underground garage have been created in the development.
AP SZCZEPANIAK EXPANDS OPERATIONS
AP Szczepaniak sp. z o.o. from 01-09-2021 will also provide services as an accounting office.
