The Liviny Investment Project, located in Iwiny at the intersection of Brochowska and Miodowa streets, encompasses a complex of single-family and multi-family residential buildings with integrated commercial spaces on the ground floor of the buildings, accessible from Brochowska Street. The ensemble of buildings consists of small multi-family residential houses on the southern side and single-family residential buildings on the northern side. In total, the investment includes 16 multi-family residential buildings and 24 single-family residential buildings, accompanied by the necessary road infrastructure. The dimensions of the buildings, their aesthetics, and urban planning are carefully tailored to seamlessly blend with the surrounding architecture, representing a continuation of the development of the town
