The “Między Parkami” investment is a complex of residential buildings with underground parking garages. The project also includes the development of the surrounding area by constructing internal roads, pedestrian walkways, and creating green and recreational spaces. The investment comprises three-story urban villas and four-story multifamily residential buildings. Ground floor apartments are designed with private gardens, while the top-floor apartments feature roof terraces accessible from the mezzanine level. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of single-family housing, and its urban layout harmonizes with the surrounding area. A key point of reference is the proximity to the Ślęza River and the green areas along its banks. The buildings have been designed to integrate with the environment, opening up to a pedestrian path running along the river, and the designed playgrounds serve as meeting points for residents.
