Nowa Manufaktura is a residential building that will be built at the intersection of Kościuszki and Pułaskiego Streets in Wrocław. It will house more than 300 apartments along with commercial premises. The project will consist of three separate parts: A, B and C. The whole will fill the existing gap in the downtown development, which was the main idea. The varied form of the three wings of the building creates a common composition of solids. The task of the team of architects was to inscribe the New Manufaktura into the existing buildings while exposing them at the same time. Parts A and B were adjusted to the existing tenement houses and are the completion of the frontage of Kosciuszko and Pulaski streets. The corner has been elevated as a representative corner. On the side of the square, parts A and B have been lowered through characteristic cutouts.
