The hotel’s location near recreational areas, the marina and the zoo, in the vicinity of interwar modernist architecture with a sports function, generated its form. The development is part of the planned regeneration of this part of the city. The building is enclosed in a simple body, and the simplicity is emphasized by the colors and materials: white, river blue and wood. Both the investment and the project fit perfectly into the context and demand for a building of this size and class in this particular location.
