Ks. Witolda 35 Ks.Witolda 35 Street, Wrocław, Poland

We present a concept for an investment site located on the frontage of historic buildings on the Wrocław island of Kępa Mieszczańska, situated in the heart of the city. The site encompasses a historic townhouse dating back to the early 20th century and an empty portion of the plot, creating a break in the historic frontage along Ks. Witold and Zyndrama z Maszkowic streets. On the street side, the site is prominently exposed and encloses the triangular square named after Princess Anna of Silesia, while on the courtyard side, the investment meets the Odra River waterfront, offering views of Wrocław’s bridges, the river’s meandering, and the riverside greenery.
