Legnicka 60C is an intimate and modern 7-story building with investment micro-apartments ranging in size from 16 to 30 sqm. It will also include a reception area, a remote work area, a restaurant and a rooftop observation deck. Each micro-apartment will have air conditioning as standard. The building and its surroundings have been designed with attention to every detail. Both the facade, made of brick-shaped clinker tile, and the interior will be very elegant. The form and style has been adapted to the hotel function of the facility.
