A complex of office, retail and service buildings is planned near the international airport and highway, on land intended to form a new cultural and business base for the city. The idea is to provide nearly 70,000 sqm of high-quality office space for lease. The success of another investment, Wojdyla Business Park, showed the market’s requirements in terms of the quality and desired size of office and service space for rent. These criteria were used in the design.
