Stawowa City is a complex of buildings distinguished by their individual character and modern design, which includes: loft apartment buildings – Stawowa 10 and Kościuszki 55A, office building Stawowa 10 and Condo Hotel at Kościuszki 55 St. The concept is to adapt (along with superstructure) existing pre-war buildings and give them a new function. The façade materials used in the project – ceramic tiles depicting the motif of traditional tiles used in the entrance zones of staircases in Wroclaw tenement houses – and the green elements introduced, emphasize the uniqueness of the building and perfectly correspond with the neighboring architecture. Inside the complex, a spacious, two-level courtyard was designed to provide convenient access to service and dining establishments.
